After reviewing the guidance around selecting a sliding scale option, use the dropdowns to choose an option.
If you choose Monthly Payments, your first payment of nine is due upon signup as a deposit. The second payment will be charged on April 1, 2024. If you choose One Time Payment, you will pay your full payment on signup.
Please note that for Monthly or One Time Payments with Options 3, 4 or 5, a 3% credit card processing fee will be reflected in the total.
If you select “Paying with SNAP/EBT”, you will be charged $0 when you check out now. Please go through the check out process as normal, to reserve your spot. You will receive a form from PNW CSA Coalition for you to fill out. They process SNAP payments for Seed to Table and will charge your SNAP/EBT card each month.
